About eve lurie progressive greeting Cards and art cards
Eve Lurie mixes drawings with photographic, digital, and collage
art to create a series of vibrant images produced in greeting card
format. Her beautiful saturated landscapes and interiors bring a sense of calm and order to viewers.
Eve Lurie has long been interested in social justice, and restoring honesty and integrity to the American political scene. With her progressive Grand Lake Theatre Marquee photos, she offers an Oakland solution to promote change. Coming soon is an addition to this theme in the F. D. Roosevelt Memorial quotations and some scenes of local protests and voices of outrage over the current administration's disregard for the American Constitution, American liberties and democracy itself.

Eve Lurie -- Cards, Posters, Mac consulting, Web Design, Graphic Design
As a production potter for 27 years, Eve Lurie produced a line of functional
porcelain and jewelry. A career change in the early 1990s replaced the clay
studio with cameras and computers. Since that time, she has been working
as a computer consultant, and has come full circle back to her art. Though
her photographs and drawings form the basis for many images, she also explores
other materials by using a scanner, that replaces the camera as an imaging
device. Her day job is Mac consulting, web design, identity.
